When you use the catalogue, we also collect your search history linked to your user account.

We use your sign-in information to manage and protect access to the catalogue. We use search history to understand how the catalogue is used and to improve its content and functionality.

We process this information based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the catalogue.

Who do we disclose personal data to?

Your personal data is processed by HRS A/S and by IT service providers that support the operation of the catalogue and related communication on our behalf.

How long is your personal data kept?

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Account and sign-in information is retained as long as necessary to provide and secure access to the catalogue. Usage data, including search history, is retained only as long as necessary to analyse and improve the catalogue. When the information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
